Account Managers are responsible for:

Managing client relationships for a specified portfolio of properties

Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to to the departments overall growth and sales goals

Actively identifying opportunities to prospect for new business leads and converting those leads into customers

Meeting clients at their properties and conceptualizing property maintenance and/or garden design services

Working with our operations department to ensure timely delivery of services

Communicating with our purchasing department to ensure production of plant material
-
Visiting work sites as often as needed to direct work and find teachable moments with our crews

Learning and mastering our company-wide software to create work tickets and estimates

Experience required:

At least 3 years of residential landscape sales

Relevant industry certifications (MCLP, MCH, MAA, AOLCP) are a major plus!

An ability to forge long-lasting client relationships

Experience in managing a high volume of individual accounts

Open communication and problem solving skills

A clean RMV driving record
