THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL DO AND WHY YOU’LL EXCEL
You will be the operational backbone of our sales and marketing teams — keeping data current, campaigns moving, and every detail accounted for. Because precision is your strongest gear, the CRM records, reports, and documentation you own will be accurate and complete, every time. Because you work from facts and dig into the data independently, the sales tracking, campaign performance reports, and analysis you produce will be reliable and actionable. Because you operate with urgency and handle a wide variety of tasks without losing your footing, the constant pivot between administrative, marketing, sales, and inside sales responsibilities won’t overwhelm you — it will suit you. And because you are proactive by nature, you won’t wait to be told what needs fixing — you’ll already be working on it.
Day to day you will:
- Maintain accurate, current CRM records and generate reliable sales and marketing reports
- Process sales quotes, track shipments, and prepare proposals and contracts with precision
- Support marketing campaigns — social media updates, website maintenance, and performance tracking
- Conduct inside sales calls for specific product lines and distributor relationships
- Manage team calendars, travel coordination, and ERM appointments
- Assist with trade show and event planning and logistics
- Serve as a communication bridge between sales, marketing, and customers

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
