Entry Level Verizon Associate Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers face-to-face to market and educate prospective customers on Verizon products and services.
- Guide customers through account enrollment while ensuring all required information is completed accurately.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional communication, active listening, and personalized service.
- Monitor assigned territories, identify opportunities for continued sales growth, and provide customer feedback to leadership.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and field development activities that strengthen overall sales performance.
