Position Overview:
The Primary Therapist at Response Health provides evidence-based mental health treatment to adolescents and adults (ages 12+) experiencing complex and overlapping conditions related to OCD, Traumatic Stress, ADHD, and Disordered Eating. This role delivers individualized therapeutic care using Response Health’s clinical model, integrating evidence-based interventions, values-based treatment planning, and coordinated care to support sustainable mental wellness. The Primary Therapist delivers services primarily through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and collaborates with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality behavioral health treatment.
This position begins as an hourly remote role with the expectation of building toward a full-time caseload.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults experiencing complex mental health conditions related to OCD, ADHD, traumatic stress, and disordered eating.
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral health interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Facilitate therapy sessions through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
- Utilize integrative and values-based therapeutic approaches aligned with Response Health’s clinical philosophy.
- Maintain a structured and consistent therapy schedule.
Treatment Planning
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Establish measurable treatment goals aligned with client values and clinical needs.
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans as appropriate.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding treatment approaches and recovery goals.
Case Management and Care Coordination
- Coordinate care with referring providers, healthcare professionals, and support systems when appropriate.
- Connect clients with community resources and supportive services.
- Maintain communication with interdisciplinary care teams.
Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Complete treatment notes, progress notes, and care plans within required timeframes.
- Ensure documentation supports clinical quality and payer compliance.
Evidence-Based Treatment Development
- Apply evidence-based treatment approaches for conditions including OCD, traumatic stress, ADHD, and disordered eating using CBT, DBT, and ACT practices and principles.
- Participate in training and consultation to develop expertise in Response Health’s treatment model.
- Incorporate feedback from supervision and consultation into ongoing professional development.
Supervision and Professional Development
- Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and training sessions.
- Engage in continuing professional development and clinical skill-building.
- Implement feedback from clinical leadership to enhance treatment outcomes.
Professional Standards and Compliance
- Maintain adherence to HIPAA and privacy regulations.
- Follow ethical standards of professional licensure.
- Comply with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Follow Response Health policies and clinical protocols.
Work Environment
- Fully remote position utilizing secure telehealth technology.
- Delivery of therapy sessions through HIPAA-compliant video platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
- Active associate or independent licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
