Autonomous Vehicle Driver
Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Additional shifts may be available

Drive and test autonomous vehicles on public roads
-
Monitor vehicle performance and remain ready to take control when needed

Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
-
Complete daily vehicle inspections and safety checks
-
Record driving observations and report issues
-
Communicate with riders, engineers, and operations teams
-
Safely respond to unexpected road, traffic, or pedestrian situations
-
Valid U.S. Driver's License (3+ years)
-
Clean driving record
-
No DUI, DWI, or drug/alcohol-related offenses within the last 5 years
-
Strong attention to detail and safety
-
Quick decision-making and reaction skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Comfortable driving in varying weather and traffic conditions

Autonomous vehicle, EV, or professional driving experience

Rideshare driving (Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Delivery Apps)

Driving instructor or safety-focused driving background
-
Knowledge of vehicle technology or control systems

Defensive driving certification
