Duties
- Safely operate the ice cream truck along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, restock products, and ensure proper merchandising of ice cream items on the truck
- Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service and upselling products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper pricing according to company guidelines
- Plan and optimize routes for efficiency, considering customer demand and sales opportunities
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and heavy lifting of supplies as needed
- Maintain organized records of sales, inventory levels, and route logs to ensure smooth daily operations

- Strong driving skills with experience in commercial driving and route management
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to boost sales
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory calculations
