American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Boston, MA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience and an active MA RN license.

Night shift position: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Every other weekend required

Every other holiday required

Epic EMR experience required

Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks

Level 3 or Level 4 Emergency Department setting

13-week contract

Active MA RN license required

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC — all must be active

Minimum 2 years of recent Level 3 or Level 4 ED experience required

Must be able to pass a telemetry dysrhythmia assessment with a score of 84% or higher

Epic EMR experience required

Permanent residence must be located 30 or more miles from the facility

Two professional references required: at least one must be from a manager-level or above (title must reflect 'Manager,' not 'Supervisor'), and must include a performance evaluation; one reference must be dated within the past 12 months, the other within 3 years; references from other travelers are not accepted

Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Critical care experience preferred

Candidates must pass the Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Test (Test A or B); the test may only be taken twice

One reference from a previous travel or temporary assignment is preferred
