In this energetic role, you will respond swiftly to emergency situations, perform comprehensive cleanup and restoration tasks, and ensure that every project meets industry standards for quality and safety. Duties
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, flood, mold, or storm-related damage, providing immediate mitigation services.
- Perform cleaning, debris removal, and sanitation using various hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Conduct fire restoration activities including soot removal, smoke odor mitigation, and fire damage assessment.
- Execute water damage restoration processes such as water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation to prevent further structural issues.
- Apply safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection gear, and following strict safety procedures during all operations.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-call coverage and project transportation needs.
- Utilize industry-standard software like Xactimate for accurate damage assessment and documentation.
- Assist with asbestos abatement or other hazardous material removal when required, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Experience
- Previous experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is NOT required, training will be provided.
- Hands-on experience with mold remediation, asbestos abatement, carpet cleaning, and fire restoration is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols rigorously while working with PPE and respiratory protection equipment.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
