Job Title: Men's Lacrosse Program Manager
Effective Date: 08/16/2026
Reports to: Head Coach, Men's Lacrosse
Department: Intercollegiate Athletics
Rate of Pay: Maryland Minimum Wage
FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
Location of Position: Gill Center/Gill Stadium, McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157
Duration of Appointment: August 5, 2026 to May 25, 2027
Schedule: Schedule is at discretion of supervisor
Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis.
Scope: Provide operational and administrative support to the Men's Lacrosse program.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with practice and other program operations as needed
- Use cameras and/or tablets to film practices and games
- Work directly with the coaching staff on the practice field and during games
- Assist with game-day operations, including statistics, filming, and pregame set up
- Assist with the lacrosse program's film and video systems
- Upload, organize, and manage practice and game film
- Assist coaching staff with film breakdown and preparation
- Assist with equipment organization and practice setup as needed
- Assist with recruiting and prospect events as assigned
- Assist with team meetings, clinics, and other program activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current undergraduate student at McDaniel College.
- Must be available for practices, including evening and weekend practices when applicable, and weekend games
- Must be professional, reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Ability to operate a video camera
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively with coaching staff and student-athletes
- Computer technology knowledge is a plus
- Lacrosse knowledge is a plus
- Operate the scoring clock
- Previous experience with video, film, statistics, or athletic operations is preferred but not required
