SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC machinery and assist with the machining and assembly of components, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety are essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility.
· Assemble components according to specifications and production schedules.
· Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
· Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
· Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in machining or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and deburring tasks.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Stand and move around the shop floor for extended periods.
· Lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
· Perform repetitive tasks with good manual dexterity.
· Work safely in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
