Job Title: Softball Trainer / Instructor (Pitching, Hitting, Catching, Fielding)
Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced softball trainer to join our growing team and become part of our family-oriented facility. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about developing athletes and can provide high-quality instruction in one or more of the following areas: pitching, hitting, and fielding.
Responsibilities:
- Provide private and small group softball instruction
- Coach athletes on proper mechanics, technique, and game approach
- Create a positive, energetic, and supportive training environment
- Help athletes of various ages and skill levels improve performance
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with athletes and parents
Qualifications:
- Prior playing and/or coaching experience in softball (high school, college, or higher preferred)
- Strong knowledge of pitching, hitting, and/or defensive skills
- Ability to engage and motivate athletes
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
