About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English), dependable, and career-focused team member to join our centralized patient scheduling department. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity ideal for someone who takes pride in helping families and wants to grow professionally within a stable organization.
We are seeking candidates who are available full-time, Monday–Friday, and looking to grow with the company long-term. This role is not well-suited for individuals with conflicting commitments such as school schedules or short-term availability.
You’ll be part of a supportive, in-office team, where the focus is on warmth, accuracy, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and families in both English and Spanish
- Schedule, update, and cancel pediatric dental and orthodontic appointments
- Make outgoing calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and scheduling needs
- Clearly explain visit instructions, treatment information, and office locations
- Communicate professionally with dental office teams to coordinate scheduling needs
- Use dental software (Denticon) to maintain accurate patient records
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – Required
- Previous dental, healthcare scheduling, or front office experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Experience with Denticon, Dentrix, or similar dental software a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to long-term growth within our organization
This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in dental operations. Many of our team members have advanced into dental assistant roles within our organization.
