An Australian based brand with locations in the US and Australia that primarily
focuses on exotic natural gemstone jewelry. Currently we are looking for a full time sales
consultant/keyholder.
We get excited about two things gemstones and service and believe in providing the best of for our clients be it through visual or verbal communication with the understanding that doing our best will yield the best results. We are looking for a sales consultant who shares in these passions, working as a team player to increase sales and grow the company to the next stages. In addition to sales this position also includes various daily gallery responsibilities and other company projects. To provide, the best environment possible for clients and employees, we are looking for an individual interested in building a career.
If you have/are . . .
- + 2 years retail sales experience
- Drive to meet and at times exceed monthly sales goals
- Proven ability and continued desire to build and maintain client relationships
- Understanding of what customer service is and the ability to deliver it
consistently
- A self-starter with a "can do attitude!"
- Flexible, understanding, and adaptable to a growing and quickly evolving
environment
- Determined and prizes themselves on continuously learning and understanding the
company and our products (we are a heavily product knowledge based company!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Open to consistent and constructive feedback - Photography and Photoshop skills a plus but not required
- A high school diploma, or equivalent
A day in the life can include but isn't limited to . . .
- Retail Sales/ Keeping and building strong clientele relations
- Visual merchandising
- Inventory control
- Up-keep of the gallery (cleaning, polishing etc.)
