Summary
This role is vital in maintaining the quality, safety and Lifestyle Living of our Class A community, ensuring that every detail supports our mission of an Elevated Living Experience. The position is based in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and direct the daily activities of the maintenance team personnel.
- Accomplish unit turns and work orders in established timelines.
- Achieve financial results within budget with a keen eye toward cost savings.
- Candidate MUST be currently CPO certified.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of each unit within the property.
- Assist with facilities upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed using tracking tools.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance needs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Contribute to a positive community environment by maintaining shared space.
- Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in residential painting and general repairs.
- HVAC, Electrical, and Appliance repair experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Verifiable record of successful team leadership.
Responsibilities
' Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across Class A mid-rise residential community.
- Manage maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with project management teams on large repairs or upgrades.
- Lead efforts to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Leadership : 1 year (Required)
- Multifamily maintenance: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CURRENT Certified Pool Operator (Required)
