Business Development Manager – Fleet Services
Onsite Fleet & Auto Care (formerly: OnSite OilChange Plus) is looking for an outgoing, motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial fleet customer base.
This is a business-to-business outside sales position focused on building relationships with companies that operate vehicles of any fleet size. You will introduce prospective customers to our mobile fleet services and full-service repair facilities, develop long-term business relationships, and represent our company at industry and association events.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new commercial fleet customers
- Meet face-to-face with business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makers
- Promote our mobile maintenance, repair, and service center capabilities
- Build relationships with businesses operating fleets of any size
- Attend monthly networking events, trade events, and association meetings
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Prepare service proposals and assist with onboarding new fleet accounts
- Maintain relationships with existing fleet customers
- Work closely with our operations team to provide a smooth customer experience
- Track sales activity, opportunities, and new account performance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous outside sales or business development experience
- Business-to-business sales experience strongly preferred
- Automotive, fleet, transportation, or service-industry experience is a plus
- Confident, professional, and comfortable meeting new people
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage a sales territory
- Comfortable attending business and networking events
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Schedule
- Approximately 40–50 hours per week
- Schedule may include occasional early-morning or evening networking events
- Local travel throughout the assigned sales territory
