Looking for an opportunity where you can build sales experience and work directly with customers? We're hiring a Fiber Sales Associate to represent AT&T Fiber in the Monterey area.
This is a full-time, customer-facing sales position. Each day, you'll speak with customers in person, explain available AT&T Fiber internet services, and help qualified customers enroll in the plan that best fits their needs. No previous sales experience is required for the Fiber Sales Associate role. We provide hands-on training covering our sales process, product knowledge, communication techniques, and customer interactions before you begin working independently.
Your Daily Fiber Sales Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Engage with customers to review best AT&T Fiber products for their personal needs
- Present AT&T Fiber and internet products that best align with customers’ connectivity goals
- Help interested customers complete the enrollment process accurately, including collecting the necessary information for service activation
- Explain internet speeds, pricing, promotions, installation options, and available packages using simple, easy-to-understand language
- Answer customer questions honestly and professionally so customers can make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, appointments, completed sales, and follow-up opportunities
- Attend morning team meetings with other Fiber Sales Associates for coaching, goal setting, product updates, and sales strategy discussions
- Continuously improve your communication and presentation skills through ongoing mentorship
- Work toward daily and weekly Fiber Sales Associate team goals while providing a professional customer experience
What We're Looking For in a Fiber Sales Associate:

- Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching
- Reliable transportation to our office daily
- Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
