Do you light up a room full of kids? Melody Lane Dance Music & Drama Academy is looking for a Dance Instructor who teaches children first and steps second.

What You Will Do:
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum that grows with your students
- Direct and choreograph showcases and seasonal productions
- Create a safe, inclusive space where every student feels empowered to take creative risks
- Collaborate with our studio team on programming and student development
- Communicate with families about student progress and class expectations
Who We Are Looking For:
- You haveexperience teaching or leading groups of children
- You have dance training adequate to teach assigned levels safely
- You have reliable weekly availability matching the posted schedule
- You genuinely love working with kids — patience, warmth, and energy are your defaults
- You're organized, reliable, and follow through on commitments
- You're coachable — you welcome feedback and are always growing

Schedule:
- Part-Time
- Monday-Thursday; afternoons/evenings during class hours
- Hours may differ during performance seasons & breaks

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $30.00 per hour
