Position Overview
The HR Coordinator / Recruiter will play a key role in the company's hiring efforts while supporting day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about building strong teams through effective recruiting and employee support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews.
- Post and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support employee relations by responding to general HR inquiries and assisting with workplace initiatives.
- Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in the mortgage, banking, or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
