What You'll Do:
As a Quality Inspector, you'll be the backbone of our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that every product meets our stringent standards. Your role will involve:
- Acting as the quality point of contact: Collaborate closely with QA and Production Management to address quality issues on the floor.
- Inspection and Verification: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, finished goods, and shipping. You'll ensure that everything aligns with established procedures and instructions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend improvements to enhance our quality processes.
- Communication: Keep QA and Production Management informed of any non-conformances you find, ensuring quick resolutions.
- Safety and Compliance: Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines while following established procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a related field or successful completion of a job-specific training program.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers, as well as a basic understanding of math and computer skills (MS Office).
- Integrity: Ability to perform tasks with high integrity, even with minimal supervision.
