Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Medication Aide to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will administer medications following Department of Behavioral Health Registered Medication Aide certification standards. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive safe, respectful, and effective medication management while supporting their overall well-being.
This will be a 10a-10pm shift, 3 days a week
Duties
- Administer prescribed medications accurately following DBHDS standards for Medication Aides
- Maintain detailed medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ensure medication storage complies with HIPAA guidelines and maintains resident confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding resident conditions and medication response
- Skills
- Ability to operate EMR/EHR systems efficiently and accurately document medical information
- Certification as a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or equivalent licensed credential in accordance with the State Board of Nursing
- Excellent communication skills
