Finance Specialist Qualifications
Automotive finance or F&I experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
