TTI has an opening for a Clinical Supervision in our Allentown Outpatient facility, which offers assessment, early intervention, outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use services.
Summary
We need an individual with a strong background in substance use treatment and supervision. The Clinical Supervisor will supervise a caseload of eight counselors and case managers, and well as carry their own caseload.

As a Clinical Supervisor at Treatment Trends, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals on their journey to recovery. Located in a supportive environment, this position is crucial for implementing effective therapeutic interventions and fostering a culture of healing and growth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the oversight and functioning of the clinical staff department
- Responsible for providing supervision to clinical staff at regular intervals
- Will facilitate weekly group supervision and participate in monthly Leadership Meeting, as requested
- Will attend Quality Assurance Committee and other meetings, as required
- Responsible to review clinical documentation for adherence to S.M.A.R.T treatment planning and ASAM alignment expectations
- In conjunction with Facility Director, is responsible for auditing documentation at regular intervals and providing feedback to clinical staff on documentation; implement Corrective Actions Plans when indicated
- Assure that clinical staff are trained in accordance with TTI policies and procedures
- Actively participate in annual performance reviews of all clinical staff
- Participate in all monitoring/auditing/licensing visits by SCAs, MCOs, DDAP and/or any other regulatory body
- Carry a caseload and/or facilitate group therapy/education
- Perform in capacity of FD during their absence, working in conjunction with AD in assuring consistency with therapeutic milieu
- Attend trainings to meet the TTI annual requirements, as well as DDAP requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience OR a Master’s Degree and minimum 2 years clinical experience in a health and human services agency, preferably in addiction treatment
- Supervision experience is necessary
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent boundaries and clinical judgement
- Ability to adapt, implement, and follow through on policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to lead and motivate staff while fostering a supportive environment.
Recent staffing regulations expanded acceptable Bachelor’s degrees beyond ‘related’ human services such as counseling, psychology, social work or criminal justice to include anthropology, communications, nutrition, sociology, education, divinity and pastoral ministries.
