Position Overview:
- Conduct specialized evaluations to determine students’ functional abilities and identify barriers to learning in fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care domains.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented occupational therapy interventions aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct student support and collaborate with educators on environmental modifications and adaptive equipment recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records and monitor student data to ensure interventions are effective and aligned with educational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy License
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
