Salary: $95,000–$115,000 DOE

As our IT Administrator, you'll lead technology operations across the organization, keeping our systems secure, reliable, and ready to support resident care and essential business operations.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for employees across the organization.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud services.
- Manage servers, networks, cybersecurity, backups, device deployment, and technology assets.
- Support critical healthcare and business systems that impact resident care and daily operations.
- Lead IT projects, coordinate vendors, maintain documentation, and help shape Friendsview's technology future.
- Respond to urgent technology and security issues while supporting business continuity and emergency preparedness.
Required
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of IT administration, systems administration, or network administration experience.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a service-first mindset.
Preferred
- Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications.
- Experience with Intune, Microsoft Defender, SharePoint, Power Automate, or cloud management.
- Healthcare, senior living, or HIPAA experience.
