Snappy Tomato Pizza is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Floating Manager. This role would help to maintain operations in Northern Kentucky & surrounding areas. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while adhering to brand standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Mentor, lead, and develop the food service team
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Ensure that inventory levels for both food and non-food items are properly maintained at proper levels
- Ensure staff follow all health and safety regulations
- Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of individuals, ranging from customers and managers, to hourly team members
- Provide prompt, accurate and professional responses, guidance and information to customers and company management as needed or requested
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3 or more years of demonstrated success leading a retail/restaurant team
- A training-oriented, “hands on” management style with the desire to mentor others
- Strong working knowledge of labor costs, food costs and other related factors
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to thrive and re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Personal characteristics that include: high levels of confidence and resilience, self-motivation, flexibility, superior work ethic, integrity and a positive attitude
