What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-level haircuts, fades, beard work, and grooming services
- Provide a premium, consistent client experience
- Build and retain a strong, loyal clientele
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace aligned with Apex standards
- Represent the brand with professionalism and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed barber in Tennessee
- Strong skills in fades, tapers, and modern styles
- Professional appearance and communication
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Reliable transportation (for mobile services)

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential.
Barbers earn per service + tips, with typical earnings ranging from $25–$60+ per hour depending on performance, availability, and clientele.
Additional earning opportunities include bonuses and incentives.
