We are seeking a reliable and compassionate In-Home Caregiver to assist an adult client in the comfort of their home. This position requires a caregiver who is physically capable of assisting with transfers and mobility support throughout the home.
Responsibilities
- Assist client with transfers between bed, wheelchair, chair, and other locations as needed
- Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and ensure client safety
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
- Maintain a respectful, professional, and caring environment
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Experience with transfers, gait belts, lift equipment, or mobility assistance is a plus
- Physically able to safely assist with transferring and repositioning the client
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
- Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
- Additional shifts may be available
