We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to lead our store team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver a memorable shopping experience while managing inventory, merchandising, and administrative tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets through effective team management.
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Lead hiring efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees to build a motivated team.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing to optimize product presentation.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their retail skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Oversee shift management, employee orientation, and employee scheduling to ensure smooth store functioning. Experience
- Proven assistant manager or supervisory experience within retail sales environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory management, bookkeeping, payroll, and cash handling.
- Familiarity with retail management systems such as POS (Point of Sale), purchasing software, and retail math principles.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, marketing, merchandising, and store management.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.

Pay: $23.68 - $28.52 per hour
