As a Barista, you will be the face of our Coffee Cove, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service that enhances the overall guest experience. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where customers feel valued and eager to return. You will expertly prepare a variety of coffee and tea drinks, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every cup. Additionally, you will manage multiple tasks simultaneously, from taking orders to maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the counter. Ultimately, your creativity and professionalism will contribute to the establishment’s reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or food preparation role.

Ability to perform repetitive motions required for beverage preparation.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.

Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Must have or be able to obtain AZ Food Handlers Cert.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working as a barista or in a coffee shop environment.
