Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Meal Break: 30 Minutes

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Albuquerque Hts HC in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
