Customer Service/Sales Representative
We are hiring a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, in-person position for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a team environment.
In this role, you will help customers learn about products and services, answer questions, assist with new customer sign-ups, and support daily sales and customer service goals. Paid training is provided, so previous customer service and sales experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers in person in a professional and friendly manner
- Explain product and service options clearly
- Answer basic customer questions
- Assist with new customer accounts and sign-ups
- Track customer interactions and daily results
- Work with the team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Attend training and team meetings as scheduled
Skills/Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
- Reliable transportation to the office/work location
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, call center, or food service is a plus
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
