About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day financial operations of our growing company. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and partnering with leadership to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Process customer payments and vendor invoices
- Assist with payroll preparation and expense reporting
- Support accounting projects and financial reporting as needed
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

- Full-time, Monday–Friday

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
