Duties
- Operate a variety of commercial trucks, including manual transmission tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks.
- Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
- Safely navigate route driving schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Deliver freight to designated locations across multiple routes with precision and timeliness.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered during trips.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with relevant endorsements for different truck types (e.g., tanker, flatbed).
- Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving load & unload operations.
- Skilled in operating manual transmission vehicles and handling various trailer types such as refrigerated trailers or flatbeds.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols for different cargo types.
- Ability to perform forklift operations if required for loading/unloading cargo.
- Experience with route driving across urban or rural areas with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Pay: $1,229.52 - $4,349.00 per week
