What You’ll Do
-Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
-Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
-Perform in-process inspections to ensure tight tolerances
-Maintain quality standards and document results
-Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and improve processes
-Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts
What We’re Looking For
-Experience operating CNC machining equipment (mills, lathes, or both)
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
-Understanding of tolerances, measuring tools, and quality standards
-Dependable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
-Desire to grow skills and contribute to a long-term vision
(Programming experience is a plus, but not required for all roles)
