Job Title: BIS Staffing Coordinator/Administrator
Function: Human Resources
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Broad Function
The Staffing Coordinator/Administrator is responsible for performing the day-to-day administrative tasks: Including posting positions, reviewing candidates, collecting information, processing and validating employee applicants, executing I-Tracker, compiling paperwork and supporting Payroll Dept. and Project Managers with new hires and separations documents.
Essential Functions
- Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
- Assist with Onboarding of new employees
- Coordinate with other departments and project managers concerning new hires
- Collect applicant documentation and review to ensure completion and start dates
- Verify applicant employment eligibility with Brock
- Schedule applicant for required training, drug screening and background check
- Provide regular communication with jobsites, applicants, and staffing lead on hiring status for positions
- Upload hiring and separation documents for processing
- Monitor and ensure documents comply with hiring standards and practices, including I-Tracker process
- Identify and propose workflow process improvements, structure, and systems to management
- Communicate with applicants, co-workers, and jobsites the current hiring status
- Collect and submit reports as required
- Provide Receptionist support including directing incoming phone calls and greeting guests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Working Conditions
- Working indoors in an office environment - Onsite, daily in Joliet, IL Offices
