We are seeking energetic and reliable subcontractor moving crews to join our dynamic team in the NYC area! Duties
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment safely using appropriate lifting techniques and tools such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when needed
- Drive box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmissions to transport items between locations within route schedules
- Assist customers with their belongings, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service
- Follow detailed instructions for route driving, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining safety protocols
- Use warehouse experience to organize items efficiently for loading and unloading operations
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move heavy or bulky items securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and work areas throughout the day
Experience
- Prior experience in moving services or related fields such as warehouse work or delivery driving is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during relocations or warehouse tasks
- Experience operating commercial vehicles like box trucks or similar delivery vehicles with manual transmissions
- Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and customer service best practices
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a courier or delivery driver is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining high safety standards

Pay: $50,304.12 - $75,000.00 per year
