Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Duties
- Perform duties and use available resources to recruit and hire talent for the company.
- Develop training Work Instruction, Outlines and educational support materials for in house training of associates. Consult with departmental management to assess training needs.
- Recommend outside training where needed to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver training programs where qualified.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents
- Prepare correspondence per manager instructions.
- Assure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support calendar management and scheduling for executives and team members, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently
- Compile data and prepare monthly Administration report.
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to uphold high standards of accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with facilities maintenance and management when needed.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in office supporting management in company operation.
- Two to four years of experience in recruiting and hiring practices.
- Proven administrative experience in a busy environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers
