Requirements/Qualifications:
Successful Background check and State Central Registry clearances are required.
- College degree or currently enrolled in college preferred.
- Enthusiastic about positively impacting youth and teen lives in the community.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for efficient task completion.
- Proficient in data entry and documentation, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
- Capable of researching and contributing to the planning of engaging activities.
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) Friday (12:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m.)
Start Date: August 2026
Compensation and Benefits: This full-time, non-exempt position pays $50,000 depending on experience.
Employee benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance. RNH provides competitive
vacation, holiday and sick time, and also closes for a one-week period at the end of the calendar year.
