We are a physician's clinic seeking a Patient Care Technician to perform simple, non-invasive tests in our office, and we support a number of both Russian and English speaking patients. This is a hands-on role combining patient interaction with precision-based diagnostic testing and light office administration.
No prior experience is necessary—we will provide training. What matters most is that you are *detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and able to connect with patients—especially older adults—with patience and kindness.*
Responsibilities
- Perform simple tests according to clinic protocols (training provided)
- Accurately record and manage patient test data in our electronic medical records system
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, explaining procedures in plain language
- Support office administration tasks on non-clinical days (scheduling, filing, chart prep, etc.)
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail—patient health depends on accurate testing
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with computers and software (EMR experience a plus, not required)
- Strong people skills; patient and kind, especially with older adults
- Detail-oriented and able to follow medical protocols exactly
- Interest in healthcare, medicine, or clinical environments—ideal for students or recent graduates
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
