Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and engaging with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure seamless service.
What You Bring
- Bartender License
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends is a plus.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for patrons.
