As we prepare to move into our brand-new, expanded hospital, we're looking for compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary CSR candidates to join our privately owned, five-doctor practice. We're known for providing personalized, compassionate veterinary care in a welcoming environment. Our team works together to accommodate same-day sick appointments and urgent care needs while building lasting relationships with the families we serve.

What You'll Do
As the first face clients see and the last person they speak with before leaving, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every client and patient.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering multi-line phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing payments and invoices
- Maintaining accurate medical records using EzyVet
- Assisting with patient admissions and discharges
- Communicating with clients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Supporting doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running efficiently

Preferred Experience
- Veterinary receptionist experience preferred
- Medical office or customer service experience considered
- Experience with scheduling software or veterinary practice software is a plus
- Strong typing and phone skills
