As part of our team, you'll help maintain residential and commercial properties while working alongside professionals who value quality, safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Mow, edge, trim, prune, weed, and maintain lawns, shrubs, and landscape beds.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely, including mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, and other power and hand tools.
- Plant, transplant, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape materials.
- Monitor plant health and safely apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments when necessary, following all safety guidelines.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering throughout the seasons.
- Assist with seasonal cleanups, mulching, planting projects, and landscape improvements.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services, maintenance recommendations, and project updates.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding results on every property.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work and enjoys being part of a team.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, greenhouse operations, or horticulture. But we are willing to train
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools safely preferred.
- Basic understanding of sustainable landscaping or agricultural practices is a plus.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely lift heavy materials and equipment throughout the day.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights when required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license is necessary.

Compensation
Pay is competitive and negotiable based on experience, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications.
