The Goddard School of Lake Forest, CA, is currently hiring experienced, passionate, and nurturing Toddler Teachers to join our dedicated team! This position focuses specifically on working with 2–3-year-old children in our Toddler classroom (1:6 teacher-to-child ratio).
We are looking for educators who understand the unique developmental needs of toddlers and can create a warm, engaging, and structured environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively through play-based learning and STEAM-focused activities.
Requirements:
- 6–12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units in areas such as:
- Child Development
- Family, Child & Community
- Curriculum Development
- Infant/Toddler Care
- Prior experience working with toddlers or young children (preschool, daycare, nannying, etc.) is preferred
- Must be nurturing, reliable, and passionate about early childhood development
Teacher-to-Child Ratio:
- Toddlers (2–3 years old): 1:6
