Schedule
Day shift: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
What You’ll Do
Our crew members work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are exactly the same. This role offers the opportunity to build and strengthen skills in:

Crew Member (Driving)
$21.00/hour starting base rate
+ average tips of $4/hour
= $25.50/hour average earnings
Crew members are the foundation of our business and our first source for future leaders. Team members work under the direction of crew leaders to perform junk removal labor while delivering an exceptional customer experience on every job.

At G.I. Junk Removal, we prefer to promote from within. Advancement opportunities may include:
Leadership positions currently pay $21.50 to $30.00 per hour, depending on role, performance, and length of service with the company.
Compensation Note
Tips are not guaranteed, but many of our customers know we employ veterans and military families and often tip generously based on the level of service they receive.
The $4/hour tip average listed here reflects the actual average tips earned by our current team over the past several months when measured against hours worked. Individual results may vary.

Driving Role Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Trailer pulling experience
No CDL required.
Applicants for driving roles must be able to qualify for our insurance.
Additional Preferred Qualifications for Drivers
- Experience driving trucks for work
- Trailer towing experience strongly preferred
We are willing to train the right person on trailer towing if they are dependable, willing to learn, and meet the driving requirements above.
