Position Summary:
We are a growing lawn care and maintenance company looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role involves performing hands-on lawn care services, assisting with equipment maintenance, and supporting marketing efforts in the field. Ideal candidates are dependable, physically fit, and take pride in delivering high-quality outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, leaf cleanup, and debris removal.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials.
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and completed to company standards.
- Support marketing efforts by distributing door hangers, posting yard signs, and promoting services in local neighborhoods.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Must be able to walk up to 10 miles per day.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
