Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk responsible for processing outgoing parts shipments to customers and receiving materials and hardware from vendors. This role focuses on accuracy, verification of quantities, and proper documentation, with occasional local driving for pickups and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ship parts to customers, ensuring correct items and quantities are picked, packed, and labeled
- Receive incoming materials and hardware; verify quantities and inspect against packing lists and purchase orders
- Accurately record all incoming and outgoing shipments in the inventory system
- Maintain organized and accurate shipping/receiving documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in shipments or quantities
- Ensure parts and materials are properly stored and organized
Occasional Driving Duties:
- Perform local pickups and deliveries to vendors or customers as needed
- Assist with loading/unloading and verifying shipment accuracy during transport
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail, especially with part numbers and quantities
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
