Your Mission: To serve patients with clinical excellence, compassion, and education—helping them achieve healthy smiles that reflect the light of Jesus.
You will create meaningful relationships with patients while helping guide them through their long-term oral health journey.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver thorough, patient-centered hygiene care
- Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing
- Take diagnostic X-rays when due
- Complete periodontal charting and clinical documentation in Dentrix Ascend
- Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and home care
- Identify conditions and communicate findings clearly to the doctor
- Support same-day care opportunities when treatment is needed
- Apply fluoride or hydroxyapatite treatments when appropriate
- Provide a warm handoff to the doctor and front desk for treatment coordination
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
- Be an ambassador of our mission and values to every patient
Who This Role Is For
- A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Someone who loves connecting with patients and building trust
- Strong communicator who can educate patients clearly and confidently
- Organized and efficient in a 60-minute hygiene model

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
