The Bottle Service Server is responsible for delivering an elevated, engaging, and personalized guest experience within the hotel's bar, lounge, or rooftop environment. This position provides attentive table and bottle service, promotes premium beverage offerings, maintains knowledge of the menu, and anticipates guest needs while ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their experience.

Provide professional bottle and beverage service according to established service standards.

Present beverage menus and confidently explain bottle selections, cocktails, mixers, packages, and premium offerings.

Make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.

Promote premium bottle selections and additional offerings to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.

Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the pointofsale (POS) system.

Verify guest identification and follow all applicable laws and company policies regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.

Prepare bottle service presentations, including appropriate glassware, mixers, ice, garnishes, and other accompaniments.

Deliver bottles and beverages safely and professionally to guest tables.

Maintain assigned tables and sections throughout the shift, ensuring guests receive timely and attentive service.

Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.

Process guest payments accurately and maintain responsibility for assigned checks and transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and surrounding guest areas.

Assist with opening, closing, setup, and breakdown procedures.

Communicate effectively with bartenders, hosts, security, culinary team members, and management.

Respond professionally to guest concerns and immediately involve management when appropriate.

Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets, special events, promotions, and entertainment offerings.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, security, and workplace safety requirements.

Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
