Position Available: Business Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of a wholesale building products distributor serving contractors nationwide, headquartered in Mundelein, IL.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & HR
Manage payroll, accounts receivable, human resources, workers’ compensation, and employee retirement plans.
Office & Customer Operations
Coordinate daily office functions, support sales and order processing, and handle order cancellations. Address customer service issues with a strong emphasis on retention — building lasting relationships through clear, professional communication.
Purchasing & Inventory
Oversee procurement and inventory support for building supplies.
Employee Engagement
Plan and manage company events and employee engagement with a genuine commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate leads with respect to support individual team members, and the team as a whole.
