Position Summary
The Client Safety Personnel is responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment by monitoring the facility, conducting routine patrols, and ensuring clients and visitors follow company policies and building guidelines. This role is highly visible and plays an important part in creating a positive experience for every family who visits our clinic.
The ideal candidate is approachable, attentive, and comfortable enforcing policies with professionalism, kindness, and respect.
Essential Responsibilities
Patrol the interior and exterior of the building throughout the day.
Ensure clients and visitors comply with all Little Champs Therapy and Yoga policies and building rules.
Politely redirect individuals who are loitering outside designated waiting areas.
Monitor parking areas and ensure reserved parking spaces remain available for authorized users.
Help ensure children remain supervised by their parent or guardian and do not enter neighboring businesses or restricted areas.
Maintain awareness of activity throughout the property and report safety concerns promptly.
Address policy violations professionally while using calm, respectful communication.
Assist with de-escalating situations when appropriate and notify management of any concerns.
Complete incident reports and communicate important observations to leadership.
Serve as a friendly, welcoming presence while helping maintain a safe and organized environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in security, customer service, hospitality, education, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, observant, and professional in a busy pediatric setting.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.

With five convenient clinic locations across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale, we also offer therapy in the comfort of clients’ homes, as well as in daycares and private schools.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
